In the Netherlands a common workflow for a service, secondment, consulting and self employedcompany is to deliver services on an per hour basis.
The client will be invoiced based on timesheets and the actual ime spent working for the client, mostly at their location.
At the end of the week, the worker will go to he responsible manager of the client to get a signature on his timesheet.

After the clients has signed this timesheet. The company will make a invoice based on the validated timesheet and sent this to the client.
Now days this process is mostly on paper. Can this process made paperless by using odoo??

In such way that on a project a contact (of the customer) can be selected who is responsible  for the approval.
It would be very cool, if this can be a digital signature.

The difference here as opposed of the regular odoo workflow is that the tmesheet is validated by the customer instead of the manager of the employee.
So the customer will only be billed for the hours he actually signed for. Obviously we do not want to have this on an invoice level.
As the employee and most of the times the manager of client is not allowed to see the hourly rate.

Hi, any update on this regarding v15 ?

I'm in the same situation and currently evaluating Odoo.
I have a working process with "Zoho Invoice" to manage my timehseets, create an approval request on a subset of the timesheets that my customer can manage from his portal than I can create an invoice from this validated set.
I need more accounting features so I'm considering onboarding Odoo but I'm unable to put this process in place.
