Hello,


I'd like to get some clarification about the IoT solution.


For the IoT Box:

  • Is the IoT Box still available, if so where can it be bought ?
  • Does the IoT Box work with Odoo Online version ?

For the Virtual IoT Box:

  • Does it work on Ubuntu/Debian or only on Windows ?
  • Does it work with Odoo Online version ?

For both:

  • How do you subscribe to IoT ?
  • The FAQ about IoT are referring that with every subscription we get a free IoT Box, is this still up to date ? (https://www.odoo.com/fr_FR/app/iot-faq)

Hi,

So Virtual IoT only works with Windows and a local instance of Odoo (it doesn't work online).

However none of your answers/links explain how to install the IoT software on the RPI4.

Where can I find this information ?

Hi 

Check this Forum entry for virtual IoT box setup and clarifications.

For Physical IoT Box it is better to have Raspberry pi 4 .
