We are an enterprise customer on version 13. We are told by support that it is not possible to modify the date of a received product. We are a storage warehouse and bill based on the date of receipt. In order for us to import our old data we must be able to do this or odoo is useless to us. Has anyone figured out a work around for this "bug"?

Were you ever able to find a work around?  I'm having the same issue with transferring our accounting over to Odoo13 this year, where I can't get the receipt of goods to match the actual receipt - keeps recording as the date that I enter the information which is this month.  Not good accounting for any organization as not all receipts are booked on the actual date of receipt - some are booked on a weekly basis, etc.  Thanks in advance for any insight you may have into a solution.
