Hi all,


I have added a second company to my Odoo 15 Communicty Edition platform. After doing so, I can't create a contact in the CRM app without receiving the aboeve mentioned error.


I am not sure whether we will be able to do so without the accounting app being installed. Can someone please shed light on this?

Hi,

Enable full accounting feature in the database, now this two fields will get visible in the form, enter the value in it and save.

If you set a chart of accounts for newly created company/or default values for this field, this validation will not come.
