Internal Transfer

Question

I have 2 bank accounts and 1 cash account
1. how do i do an internal transfer from one bank to another.
2. I withdrew cash from my bank, how do I do an entry in odoo so i can see cash in my system. right now it is showing negative balance since i recorded my cash expenses.
