Internal Server Error after DB restore

Question

hello,
i have face this prb when i try to connect to odoo after i reinstall the server and restore DB under ubuntu 20.
note: seem server system and same installation script.
the login web is loaded but after enter old credential cant log in.
err:

**Internal Server Error** The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

unfortunately it didn't work maybe because i had some installed plugins and backup doesn't include addons folders.
is there a way to disable all to garanti access back again

Same thing here. We never use restore because of errors. But backup always works. Just remember to delete the current DB before restoring. Also, sometimes restore does not work properly and the DB presents some issues. Delete and restore again. That usually solves the problem.

Restoring the database from "your_ip/web/database/manager" has never worked for us. The backup system does work tho.
We do it by code by delating everything and restoring to the backup using pgAdmin.
