  • Company 1 (Trading) should sell the product directly to customers.
  • Company 2 (Manufacturing) should produce the product and supply it to Company 1.
  • Company 1 should not manufacture the product. Instead, it should purchase it from Company 2 when stock is unavailable.
  • Company 2 should manufacture the product upon receiving the Sales Order from Company 1.
  • No Manufacturing Order (MO) should be triggered in Company 1.
