Which possibilities for the integration of an EMail-Client in Odoo are given?
We would like to have it for each user with multiple EMail-Accounts and free creatable folders for each account.
I wonder, why such a functionality is not an standard for an management software, because it´s crazy in my eyes to need an additional software for....

Odoo already acts as a basic email client by allowing you to send and receive emails through configured mail servers.
Steps to Integrate:

Outgoing Mail Server Setup
- Go to: Settings → Technical → Email → Outgoing Mail Servers
- Add your SMTP details (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, custom SMTP)

Incoming Mail Server Setup
- Go to: Settings → Technical → Email → Incoming Mail Servers
- Choose protocol (IMAP/POP), add server, port, credentials

Configure Aliases
- In each app (e.g., CRM, Helpdesk), use the “Custom Email Alias”
- Incoming emails can automatically create leads, tickets, etc.

Unfortunately, Odoo does not offer this functionality out of the box. However, it may be possible to find third-party modules that offer email client integration through the Odoo Apps marketplace.
