1. can i integrate zoom software (screen share, audio, and video) with odoo website, plz elaborate in detail?
2. are live chat and live support are free in community?

Odoo and Zoom are able to provide API in order to integrate these two apps. Till now there is no integration that works out of the box but it can be a good idea to do one in IAP.

Live chat module is available in the community edition. Regarding integrating the zoom with odoo, check whether zoom provides the API for it.
