Installation of Community 11 on Debian

Posting question again, with further details. Tried to install again today and still getting same error.

Is there additional configuration that is required?

I'm trying to install the Community 11 version on Debian following the below instructions. It appears to install correctly, but seems to have an issue related to the database. When I look in the log files, it appears to be a different server ip than what the server is installed on. Could not find any answers when searching on the web for this. Is there an issue with this install for Deb?

I'm executing the following Deb install instructions as root to my Debian base vm.

The IP of the server is 192.168.8.220 not 192.168.8.249 as the error related to DB below.

When I hit the 192.168.8.220:8069 I get the below error message.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
