I need to install multiple versions of Odoo on an Ubuntu server. Mainly for testing and development. I would like to know if there is a script or procedure in which I can easily install these versions.
The versions are 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14
What considerations should I have for the installation? should I have virtual environments for each version? A postgres version will be able to host all the databases created from Odoo ?.
Thanks a lot
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

Hello Franklin,
There is an Odoo installation script available under the below repo,
https://github.com/Yenthe666/InstallScript/tree/14.0
Thank you!

If you want to install all these Odoo versions on one Ubuntu version, be prepared for a hell of a ride.
I would put Odoo 9 and 10 on Ubuntu 16.04, 12 and 13 on Ubuntu 18.04 and Odoo 14 on Ubuntu 20.04. Makes life much easier.
