when i try to install "asteriskcik2dial" , this message appears '''OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/openerp/addons/asterisk_click2dial''''. so what's the solution?

The module files are not permissible for your user to run.
Try by giving 755 access to the module files.
