This what happens every day without any reason. I don't understand, what can initialize service shutdown. Noone has access to server. Can anyone tell, how to solve this ?

hello, did you create boot script under /etc/init.d/odoo-server? if you did; did you set premissions & file ownership for root? then did you set auto startup for odoo server on sys reboot ( sudo update-rc.d odoo-server defaults ) if you did all these i suggest you share more info of your installation enviroment and odoo version so people can help you out, or maybe last few lines of log fill if you have created one
