But I do not understand how the process of incoming emails works in odoo, at what moment it intervenes and where the response is reflected (from the client or another to whom an email was sent.)

* the reply of the sent mail, is it saved in the system?

For example, if I send a quote and the client responds to the email sent, is that response saved in the system?
