When selling a weighted product, we type the exact weight in Odoo PoS (2,650kgs beef piece = 2,650 qty in Odoo PoS). But afterwards, it creates a PoS order and the quantity reserved (ex. 1,382kgs) is different to the initial demand( 2,650kgs), even though the stock is more than 40kgs on this product. We don't have a connected scale. 

at the end of the day we have to go in the inventory to see the PoS order waiting to be validated. But we are forced to enter the reserved qty instead of the initial demand, so our stock on these products is false.

I would like to understand why this happens and what do I have to do to avoid these PoS orders in inventory. I tried to tick the "to weight with scale" in the product but nothing has changed).
