Context: I create our database with our siege company based on luxembourg.

Then I created our french company but the localization package was not installed automatically.

So I tried to download the module "l10n_fr" but I got the error : "Validation Error : Invoice and credit note distribution should each contain exactly one line for the base".

What should I do here ?
