I am trying to import inventory adjustments through CSV file. I have already uploaded the Product master data. .

I have around 500 locations in my warehouse. We use them to track our internal inventory locations.

I am trying to now add product quantities to these locations through Inventory Adjustment. I have made the following CSV file:

imgur DOT com /a/hHJxGDz   (can't post links without enough karma, sorry.)

Everything is good, but when I import it, all the entries appear as separate adjustments.

I have around 4000 records, so that means I will have to go and start inventory and validate inventory 4000 times.

is there any better way to do this? I want to have one inventory adjustment for each location, or, better yet, one inventory adjustment for everything. but so far I'm stuck.

Hi,

Create a draft inventory adjustment and export it's external id.

After that create the CSV file with the following fields:

Inventories/Inventory Location/ID,

Inventories/Checked Quantity,

Inventories/Product/Name.

Remember to give the external id of the draft inventory adjustment in the  External id field.
