Importing Employee Skills

Question

While importing employee skills, the error "no matching record" is showing for the field skills_ids. Understand this is because the skill "fabricator" is not on the system already. However, is there a way to bulk import all skills_id before skill types so import is possible?

Hi,
Export employee skills with an option to update the data. Include skill_ids_name in the export fields.
