Hello 

I am trying to import quotations and sales order in the sale app every time I load the file i got this error as below 

  • new row for relation "sale_order_line" violates check constraint "sale_order_line_accountable_required_fields" DETAIL: Failing row contains (17, 61, KIT, SEAL & GASKET, 10, no, 0.00, null, null, null, null, null, null, 0.00, null, 1.000, null, null, 0.000, 0.000, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, draft, 0, null, 2, 2020-03-05 12:35:00.863795, 2, 2020-03-05 12:35:00.863795). at row 2

is there template that can be used for quotations and sales order

Hi Paresh, 

Thank you for your response I have export one quotation  also then use it as import template  but other error appear to me also 

  • Missing required value for the field 'product_id' at row 2 (S00047)

Check whether there is a value in the product_id OR product_id/id column in the data file.

Hi Abdul:

It looks like the Accounting related information is missing in your data file. The fastest way to identify this information would be to manually create one order and export it to a importable csv file. You can then create your template based on the exported csv file.
