HI 

I am using Odoo 13 community edition. We use our own quotation template format. And would like to know how i can upload this quotation template in Odoo. So every time when i have to quote, i can just use our same quotation format and do editing for materials and email to customer using Odoo. 

Please advise if this can be available in Odoo community version or advise if any other ways.

Hi,

You can activate the quotation template option from the Sales settings, go to Sales -> Configuration -> Settings and enable Quotation Templates option, once you enable it, you will get a new menu named Quotation Templates in Sales -> Configuration -> Sale Orders -> Quotation Templates, From here you can create and set the new quotation templates .

If you need to set default quotation template for newly creating quotations, you can set it from the sales settings.

Once you done this, you will have a new field in the sale order/quotation form to select the quotation template. once it is selected the order lines will get filled with the products set in the quotation template, then you can edit and change the order lines.
