I have already forwarded this to Odoo as a product suggestion and it has been logged.
please comment on this if you agree and find this would be a helpful implementation.

We propose enhancing Odoo's text input areas to all support a slash command (/). This feature would allow users to quickly search for and insert reusable content such as Knowledge articles, product links, or templates directly into messages or documents. Implementing this command would improve efficiency by reducing the need to switch between applications and manually copy and paste information.

For example we recently had a cool with a client, they are the range of questions, we have all of the answers are stored in knowledge on various documents, during the call, I could've simply created a sales order and using the message button, I would have liked to create a new email, use the slash command (/) to bring up the knowledge documents, copy and paste the rich text with all the hyperlinks for the website already included, then a little bit further down we needed to show which products we were talking about so they could forward that particular email onto their customer, again using these/command. We could simply pull up and insert product links directly to the website.

What I ended up doing was copy and pasting text from a knowledge document into the send a message text box, the issue there though is that if there is a word with a hyperlink, and not the entire URL the hyperlink word will not show the hyperlink and it will be lost.
So I ended up adding the entire URL, not the end of the world, but it just looks much messier.

I personally think this would be an absolutely amazing implementation.

And funely enough, it should work in the exact same fashion that the lash command works inside this forum description text box!
