            price, quantity=iline.quantity, product=iline.product_id,

            partner=self.partner_id)




        self._ubl_add_invoice_line_tax_total(
            iline, line_root, ns, version=version)

In Odoo12 "invoice_line_tax_ids" field has been removed. So you can use below line for Odoo 13.0

res_taxes = iline.tax_ids._origin.compute_all(
            price, quantity=iline.quantity, product=iline.product_id,
            partner=self.partner_id)
