Hello Guys

I have aproblem to enter and see correctly the link of  my DB in Odoo, I am using Mozilla firefox 49.0 , some computer run well but anothers not also with the same version of mozilla and S.O

The problem is that some users with Windows S.O. ver. 8, cannot enter to well to Odoo ver.9 using Mozilla Firefox ver. 49.0, the image in the front is not correct as you can see in the attached picture.


 

The link of my DB is 199.217.117.187:9190

They also clean the Cookies but the problem appears again.

 I would like to know what happen and also know what is correct version about the explorer that the user must to have in their computer to enter without problem and what are the characteristics that the user computer must to have to run well Odoo ver.9.

I will check with the technical  guys to check if the dependencies are installed or not

I have seen this when Odoo dependencies are not installed.

Check you have installed all dependencies listed, for example you can refer to the script at http://www.odoo.yenthevg.com/installing-odoo-9-on-ubuntu-14-04/
