Both branch sell same product and share 1 warehouse . But i want to see profit & loss of each branch.
using odoo 13 community. 3rd party accounting module.

A warehouse is company specific. You can set up 2 warehouses - one for each company - with the same physical address. Each warehouse will have a separate location hierarchy in the system so you can track the P&L for each company separately.
all products from branch A and branch B are delivered from only 1 warehouse.
if i have 1 warehouse for each branch . my product onhand quantity whould be incorrect.
and product move history will become very complicated. and hard to trace
In that case, you may want to take a look at the "Analytic Accounting" feature of Odoo.

Sharing warehouses between different companies is not possible for obvious reasons, be it for legal reasons only. You may either want to review your business setup and consider introducing an additional warehouse company (a company which owns the warehouse used to serve the branch companies) and design the appropriate intercompany processes, or you may take a look at OCA's operating unit concept: https://github.com/OCA/operating-unit
