i create a new allocations " Casual Leaves" in time off module in odoo. it can be 12 days per year. i mean 1 day per month. 1 CL will be assigned in the beginning of each month. The balance of unutilized CL will be lapsed at the end of every quarter i.e.

CL will be lapsed after 3 months if not used.

i want if the employee can't take his casual leave per month this leaves lapsed after 3 months in remaining out of days.

how can i in odoo.
