I received a first mail from your assigned agent Marco Agostini (agma) on the 2nd December saying that it was impossible to process the payment for  2023/10/018718 Date: 31/10/2023

After the necessary checks at my bank finding no problems I replied the same day.
Since I was not getting any response I mailed again on the 5th and again on the 6st of December...

No reply... 

I then got to the sales order online and tried a few times to pay with the same method I used to pay the first invoice  2023/10/018718 without any succes.

So I sent messages directly on that page on the 7th december (again same agent Marco Agostini (agma)) and still I didn't get any response at all...

I'm starting to wonder if mister Agostini is on holiday?

I don't want to pay a 3.9% commission with PayPal or any commission by paying with a credit card so:

DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SITUATION, please...
