I have installed and configured my enterprise voip module, it works correctly to make calls to my clients, but it does not allow me to receive calls.


I use Vitalpbx, what could be happening?

Any update please, I have the same issue, I have allowed all the permissions but I always get an error please accept the use of the mic?

Are you sure you have configured the incoming number in Vitalpbx and that you have associated it with the user and with his extension?

Yes, the incoming number is associated with the user and extension. Even using another external sip phone the incoming call works for me. Is it mandatory to use Pjsip?

Make sure to 'Allow' the following in your browser (Site Settings) for the domain of your Odoo installation: Microphone, Notifications, Javascript, popups & redirects, Background sync, Sound.
