i want try the helpdesk but when i sign up and choose the app, at do click in start now it redirects me to the pricipal page.
what im doing wrong?

Hi, I don't know what happen with you but you can try this, If you already have an account in Odoo, sign in and then from user icon in the top right select my Databases and then click create button.
