Hi,
It will be great if you specify the odoo versions in the question. If you are using any third party apps in the database, does it causing the issue ?
Also can you try to reproduce the same thing in Odoo Runbot ? If yes, please share the exact step to reproduce it.
If you are not able to reproduce in the runbot, cross check the 3rd party apps you have installed.
