Dear All, I developed HR modules [some parts developed from scratch level] using OpenERP ver.7. in that i implemented a custom organizational structure like below
Company->Department->Division->Section
Now in Regularised Attendances approval part and Leave Requests approval part is not work properly. Ex: If X is manager of Y employee's, now when X login to system he cannot approve Y's Leave or attendance regularized requests[But can view those ].but all are can by administrator.
parent_id in employee creation & attached division/section also need to configure for approvals.?then how to handle it with my custom organizational structure part
