How we can post accounting entries for electricity expense,bank loans,building rent,donations?

Which way I can post electricity expense,bank loans,building rent,donations in odoo accounting .I mean which process I can follow for posting these entries

Hi,
You can create an Account for those items.
Create journal entries with that account.
and also the journal entries are automatically created when you create an invoice and make a payment.

For bank loans: ask your accountant. For the rest ask your accountant too.
You have 3 ways to post procurements:
Post procurements directly to accounts using an appropriate journal using the accounting module
Post vendor invoices using the accounting module
Follow the purchase workflow with purchasing orders using the purchase module
