how I can be used (if possible) the Qweb directives (t-if, t-foreach, etc.) such as are applied in the reports or kanban views with the <templates> tag, but in a form or tree view.

There is no way to do it in the simply form or tree views, to do it you need to define a new widget with their respective template and you could associate to a client action tag, it's more tricky and need more work than usual. It means that you will end doing everything in the js, get data, bind events, I mean everything
