Hi,

I just found the 'project_issue'(Issue Tracking) module is missing on 'Odoo 11 Community Edition'. So, how to handle issues on this version?

In v11, project issues have been merged with tasks. All features of issues have been developed on tasks.

If you need a project with both tasks & issues, you should create two projects, but this has the advantages
of having two email gateways, and different stages to solve tasks & issues.

Hi Qinn,

The project_issue app has been removed in Odoo 11.
If you have an enterprise Odoo environment you can switch to the helpdesk module. This module has the ability to create tickets - which is almost identical to issues in Odoo 10:

If you really want it to be identical or are on the community version you could migrate the version 10 app to version 11. Alternatively, you could reach out to OCA about this at https://github.com/OCA to ask if they wish to migrate and support it.

Thanks for your message. I have tried to use helpdesk module on runbot.

Honestly, I didn't get use to it. Maybe I will try to migrate project_issue app someday late.
