Hi, i would like to ask how it is possibe to run an automatic order creation when using the procurement.

How does the procurement work ? I would like to stock 10pieces of a product in the specific warehouse, can i create a procurement for those 10pieces and when they are not availble in the warehouse can odoo create an order for those 10 pieces ?

And how to specify ordering and manufacturing of a diferent products ? For example when im ordering and manufacturing different products. If i understand correctly when i mark "manufacture" in the product page it will create a manufacturing order, but what should i mark to make it to order ? Should i mark it to "buy" or "make to order" ?

hi, depending what you want (also what version).

simply.

procurement for manufacturing: MTO+manufacturing

for purchase-MTO+Buy.

if version 12 and lower, can use oca module not use simple MTO, because it check for stock(explanation in link).

Be aware that Make To Order (MTO) can create a lot of constraints in your suply chain. Can give you many headaches.

What you are looking for are Reordering rules. Set min stock qty = 0 and the system (or the automatic job named Rescheduling) will create purchase or manufcaturing order when you have a requirement.

Recommend also to take the training course for inventory.

yes you are right. but when you know were to cut, you can manage it.
