Hi,
it is possible to migrate your Odoo Online data to an Odoo.sh account. Here's how you can do it:
Backup your Odoo Online database: You can back up your Odoo Online database through the Odoo interface. This backup will contain all of your data.
Create an Odoo.sh project: If you haven't already, create an Odoo.sh project.
Upload your backup to Odoo.sh: In your Odoo.sh project, you can upload the backup of your Odoo Online database. This will restore your data to your Odoo.sh environment.
Hope it helps.
