Hello! Thanks to this community, you have been very helpful.

In this case, I would need to generate a web form that captures name, email and phone number but does not send it to the CRM as it is not for sales leads. 
I would need it to fill out an extra template or list, subscription style (the subscription option of the form does not work for me). We use Odoo 16.
