The Order moves to Confirmed status as soon as the payment is successfully processed when the payment is automated online.
In the case of a Bank Transfer, you will have to confirm the order after you have made sure that the payment for the order has been credited to your bank account. This can be done either manually or automated through an integration with the bank.
