I activated the public portal. However the portal page is in English.
How can I make it translated?
I already translated all "About Us" in config menu, but still can't see any change, why?

You have to change the language for the user Anonymous. In your 'Settings' menu, go to 'Users', select 'Anonymous' from the menu to edit and change its language to the one of your desire.
