We have installed Open ERP and now dont seem to have any administrational rights. When I try to change some data it tells me that I dont habe the rights. Is there a way to set up an administrator account to get those rights and how?

At the install you have edit the file vim /etc/openerp-server.conf
And you certainly have set the configuration for your server like:
[options] ; This is the password that allows database operations: admin_passwd = PASSWORD db_host = False db_port = False db_user = openerp db_password = False addons_path = /opt/openerp/v7/addons,/opt/openerp/v7/web/addons ;Log settings logfile = /var/log/openerp/openerp-server.log log_level = error
Your admin password is here and the admin panel is the "setting" panel.
