Hello,

Currently, we can upload and import the attendance excel file into attendance module by administrator user. Now I would like to transfer that task for a normal user to do that.

Of course, the normal users will definitely not be able to use those two important modules: Apps and Settings!

So how to set the right for normal user to upload and import csv file into attendance module?


Please help!

Hello Khanhqn,

Your query can be resolved by a few simple steps:

1) Go to the settings>> Under User&Companies Tab select "User" menu

2) Now, select the user whom you want to give the above-mentioned rights;

3) From here you can give the user Administrator rights for the "Attendance" module.

hi,
Despite that, there is another setting which it should be check for import access:

# Settings > General Settings > Permissions > Import & export

You need to enable it too.

Hello,

You can just give access rights of Attendance Administrator for Internal User.

Thank you for your support,

But the internal user still not upload and import the csv file. Plus, the internal user can see the settings module in the main board.

They will definitely not be able to use those two important modules: Apps and Settings.

Kindly check that all other access rights are not set as administrator; you need to set Administrator rights for the "Attendance" module only.
