Hi,all: 

     In odoo12 Usually we can change application access in "Parameter Settings" page,but I didn't find "contacts" module in page,what should I do to set permissions for this module?

Hi,

You can use Record Rules & Access Rights for this.

For getting this, Activate Developer mode. Go to Settings -> Technical Settings -> Security
