Hi,

I don't see field in the settings

  1. Setup the Sales Order: Once the journals and fiscal positions have been established, you can configure the Sales Order module to use them. To achieve this, go to Sales > Configuration > Settings and click on the Accounting tab. Choose the journal that you wish to use as the default journal for each fiscal position under the Journal section.

Did you install any module for that?

To set a default journal in the Sales Order module depending on a client account or fiscal situation, perform the following:

  1. Build the Journals: Construct the journals you wish to utilize depending on the client account or fiscal situation first. To do so, navigate to Accounting > Configuration > Journals and choose New. The journal type, name, and other characteristics may then be customized as desired.
  2. Create the Fiscal Positions: Next, create the fiscal positions that will be used to link the client accounts to the proper journal. To do so, navigate to Accounting > Configuration > Fiscal Positions and choose New. You may then set up the fiscal position name and mapping rules based on the customer accounts.
  4. Next, allocate your newly formed fiscal roles to the right clients. To do so, navigate to Sales > Customers and choose the customer to whom you wish to give a fiscal position. Choose the appropriate fiscal position from the dropdown menu under the Accounting tab.
  5. Upon completion of these processes, the Sales Order module will utilize the appropriate journal depending on the client account or fiscal position associated with the order.
