Every week, I deliver my production (food) to my client restaurants. At each delivery I collect the unsold products of the previous week and I write a credit note.
I thought I could use Odoo to manage this work more easily, but I can't do it. I installed the "POS" application, I can now create orders with the products I deliver but I can't take back the products. Returns seem to work for the current order and do not take into account the orders placed.
What I want to do is:
- week 1: I drop off 10 items
- week 2: I deposit 10 articles and take back 3 of them.
Do you know how I could do it? (With the POS or another application.
Thank you

Hi,
You can return products in pos using the +/- option in the pos.You can make an order with the negative quantity(the quantity that you are planning to return).
For more information you can refer Odoo documentation

Regards
yes, but you cannot return more articles than the amount in the current basket. So even if I did 20 sales in the last week, I cannot remove 20 articles today.
