Hello,

Currently, we use Odoo to discuss between team, but we want to centralize all our contacts into it.


We run into an issue, everybody see all contacts but we want that commercial force see commercial contacts, dev team see dev contacts and so on.


Where or how can we do such thing.

Hello Arthur Martin,

For this requirement, you have to create new selection field in contact where value will be Commercial contacts, Dev Team etc.

And need to create Groups(res.groups) like Commercial contacts, Dev Team etc.

Also need to create record rule for those groups and add domain with new selection field.
