this is not directly possible, as the CRM is distributed via the rights of the sale. In other words, if you can see the sale, you can also see the CRM.

You can consider creating one or more groups for this and decoupling the rights for CRM from sales or introducing rights for CRM only. However, this can be quite a lot of work and is not really update-proof.

You can do this in developer mode in the settings under ‘Users & companies’ -> ‘Groups’ and then search for ‘Sales’.

The three groups that exist in the standard system partly reference each other in the mother-daughter principle, so you have to go through all three groups to identify all CRM-associated ‘Menus’, ‘Access Rights’ and ‘Record Rules’. It is best to first create a separate group ‘CRM / Administrator’ (App: CRM) and put all the points found above into it - then you can still make splits if a gradation is necessary, for example in Sales.

A new ‘CRM’ field will then appear in the user settings, where you can then select the group and its rights individually for each user.

If newly created users should also have no rights in CRM, you should adjust the default user template in the settings in the ‘Permissions’ area accordingly to CRM = empty.
