Failed to unistall the module before deleting it's source files so the major menu still appears without the source files of the modules.
Tried to deleted it from the usert interface but shows the following
"error distance = pright - pleft + 1 TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for -: 'NoneType' and 'NoneType'
Try upgrading "base" module.... then it will reset all your menu definition...
Word of caution: do it first in dummy database before proceeding with it on your database, chances are high database will be corrupted if upgrading didnt go well... so try it first on dumped database
To remove a menu item in odoo
go to settings-->technical-->user interface-->menu items
search appropriate menu then go to more-->delete then delete..
ensure your current user has technical feautures enabled...

then u cant remove it... what you can do is.. install the same module another time and now uninstall it and delete both modules....
