Hello

I have set a catch all email (bounce@mycompany.com). That email account receives all emails sent to mycompany.com regardless of who the email is adressed to.  It is the only email account configured in my odoo V12 community edition. Therefore, all the company email arrived in my odoo. 

How do I redirected the emails send to the address  user1@mycompany.com, to the message panel of user1?

Hi,

if you having the the company mail-server credentials you can configure the automatic mail forwarding functionality on specific user mail address. After enabling the automatic mail forwarding you can also receive the all the mail redirect to the assigned mail address.

Please let me clarify the question. I have only on catchall email adress on my domain name let's say it is catchall@mydomain.com. All emails adress to this adress goes into my odoo as it is the mail also configured in there. I need the email user1@mydomain.com, to be redirected to user1 private mail box in Odoo. How do I assisgn alias user1@mydomain.com to user1 and how do I configure this redirection?
