Currently I have two warehouses, warehouse 1 and warehouse 2. CA is a location under warehouse 1. Now I use warehouse 1/CA to receive the goods. I want to automatically transfer to warehouse 2 after receiving the goods. What should I do?

Change your Incoming Shipments in Warehouse 1 to receive in 2 steps.. Inventory>Configuration>Warehouse 1.
Edit to change the rules on receive in 2 steps route for warehouse 1
Pull from Partner location/vendor to Warehouse 1/ CA (Operation type receipt)
Push & Pull Warehouse 1/CA to Warehouse 2/Stock (choose the operation you wish to track this transfer with)

Jaideep is right.
1. Go to Warehouse menu & Edit Warehouse1 and change Incoming shipment as it seen in below image & Save the change.
2. Go to Rule & select your two step rule. Edit it & Change destination location. refer the image below.
3. Now make Purchase order and confirm it. In Inventory You can see two pending transaction.
1. Receipt in Partner Location/Vendors -> WH/Input.
2. WH/Input -> Warehouse2.
It is also new for me but I hope it will help.
