Could someone give some instructions on how to do what Odoo advertises to be possible:

Manage a Reseller Network

Referencing, Lead Forward, Pricelists

Manage a reseller network to target new market, have local presences or broaden your distribution. Give them access to your reseller portal for an efficient collaboration.

Promote your resellers online, forward leads to resellers (with built-in geolocalisation feature), define specific pricelists, launch a loyalty program (offer specific discounts to your best customers or resellers), etc.

I do not understand your description. Could you elaborate?

We are try to have, like Odoo has, a page that references to our resellers.

Isn't there a way to configure such page?

Yes, simply install the module from my answer. https://www.odoo.com/customers == module website_customer

I installed the module and have absolutely no idea what to set and where to go. How come that there are never any documentation or any guidelines on what to do or to configure to most Odoo modules?

Hello

You can test it:

    website_customer / website_membership  for referencing

    website_crm_partner_assign for forward lead

    sale for pricelist

    website_crm_score from enterprise is an advanced feature (hard to configure) that can help you to filter lead according pre-difined domain and score it
