Hello there,

By default Odoo Studio doesn't allow to move tabs

But you can achieve this part by following below-mentioned steps:

1: Open Studio Mode

2: View -> XML

3: Then inside XML you can change position of the tabs

NOTE: When you made any changes inside XML then you will not get any updates from Odoo

"If you edit and save this file, you will never receive updates from Odoo anymore unless you reset your customizations."

So update it as per your requirements.
